KLB Homes is a lead generation and property marketing platform exclusively owned by KLB Solutions FZCO. Our Site is designed to showcase real estate opportunities in Marbella, Spain, and to facilitate connections between potential buyers or renters and our network of contracted local real estate agents (“Realtors”) and collaborating real estate companies.

Key aspects of our service include:

     

      • Marketing and promotion of properties on behalf of our collaborating agencies and partners in Marbella.

      • Collection of user inquiries and preferences regarding real estate opportunities.

      • Facilitating introductions between users and local real estate professionals.

      • Participation in certain negotiations and communications, where KLB Solutions acts as an intermediary to support both clients and local Realtors.

      • Payment of commissions to local Realtors for their role in property viewings, communication, and sharing local market knowledge.

     

    2. User Acknowledgment and Consent:

    By submitting your information or making an inquiry on this Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

       

        • Your contact and inquiry details will be shared with our contracted local Realtors and collaborating real estate companies in Marbella.

        • KLB Solutions FZCO may actively participate in negotiations and communications between you and these local real estate professionals, where appropriate.

        • Local Realtors and agencies may contact you directly in relation to your property interests.

        • KLB Solutions FZCO pays local Realtors a commission for their services, but the ultimate real estate transaction is conducted between you and the local agent, company, or property owner.

       

      3. Marketing and Collaboration Relationships:

      KLB Homes markets properties on behalf of various real estate companies and independent agents in Marbella. We hold collaboration agreements with many local agencies and act as a marketing and facilitation partner. We do not claim ownership of the properties listed unless explicitly stated.

       

      4. No Guarantee or Endorsement:

      While KLB Solutions endeavors to work with reputable, experienced agencies and agents, we do not guarantee, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of properties or services provided by third-party Realtors or companies. Users are expected to conduct their own due diligence before entering any agreement or transaction.

       

      5. Limitation of Liability:

      To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLB Solutions FZCO, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from:

         

          • Use or inability to use the Site;

          • Any act, omission, or representation of local Realtors or collaborating agencies;

          • Any property, service, contract, or transaction facilitated through our network.

         

        6. User Responsibilities:

        You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry. You are responsible for all interactions, evaluations, and agreements with local Realtors and real estate companies introduced via KLB Homes.
